Yinka Ajayi (born 11th of August 1997) is a Nigerian sprinter specialising in the 400 metres. She was the bronze medalists at the 2018 African Championships in Asaba. Individually, she also won a bronze medal at the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games, in addition to several relay medals. She is also sister to Miami Dolphins Running Back; Jay Ajayi. Blessing Oghnewresem Okagbare-Otegheri (born 9 October 1988) is a former Nigerian track and field athlete who specialized in Long jump and sprints. She is an Olympic and World Championships medalist in the long jump, and a world medalist in the 200 meters. He is the 2018 Commonwealth Games Silver medallist and reigning African Champion in the shot put. Oluwatosin Bamidele βTosinβ Oke (born 1 October 1980 in London, England) is a Nigerian track and field athlete, who competes in the triple jump. Born a dual national, he initially competed for Great Britain. He set the current UK junior indoor record and was 1 cm shy of the outdoor junior record. He was the 1999 European Athletics Junior Championships Champion, and came 5th at the 2002 Commonwealth Games. After multiple indoor and outdoor UK titles, he later switched to compete for Nigeria. Edose Ibadin (born 27 February 1993) is an American- Nigerian runner who specializes in the 800 metres. He finished seventh at the 2018 African Championships. He competed at the 2017 World Championships, the 2019 African Games and the 2019 World Championships without reaching the final. His personal best time is 1:44.65 minutes, achieved in Washington, D.C. in July 2023. This is the current Nigerian record.
