Niels Arntzen Sem
Niels Arntzen Sem (10 February 1782 – 19 December 1859) was a Norwegian politician. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1825 and 1827, representing the constituency of '' Stavanger Amt''. He worked as district magistrate () for Jæren from 1823 until 1828. In 1828, he was appointed County Governor of ''Buskeruds Amt''. While working in Buskerud, he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament to represent that county in 1830. In 1831, he was appointed as Diocesan Governor of ''Akershus stiftamt'' as well as County Governor of ''Akershus amt'' (one of its subordinate counties). He held that post until 1837 when he was transferred to another county. He then served as Diocesan Governor of ''Christianssand stiftamt'' as well as County Governor of ''Lister og Mandals amt'' (one of its subordinate counties). Ringebu
is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Gudbrandsdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Vålebru (the village is also known as ''Ringebu''). Oluf Borch De Schouboe
Oluf Borch de Schouboe (5 June 1777 – 21 December 1844) was the Norwegian civil servant and government official. Schouboe was born in Bergen, Norway. As the son of Councillor of State Christian de Schouboe (1737-1789) and Anna Magdalena Müller (1751-1785), he belonged to the Norwegian aristocracy. He is the brother of Ulrik Fredrik Anton de Schouboe. He completed his legal examination at the University of Copenhagen in 1801. He then served as magistrate at Nykøbing Falster and Elsinore. In 1810, he was appointed Governor of Stavanger Amt, a post held until 1812 when he was promoted and appointed to be the Diocesan Governor of Christianssand Stiftamt. Valentin Christian Wilhelm Sibbern (19 September 1779 – 1 January 1853) was a Norwegian government minister and representative at the Norwegian Constitutional Assembly. Biography Valentin Christian Wilhelm Sibbern was born on the Værne Kloster estate at Rygge in Østfold, Norway. In 1793, he became a student at the Royal Danish Military Academy in Copenhagen. He was promoted to First Lieutenant in 1800 and Captain of the cavalry and commander of Rakkestadske Company in 1809. He took the legal examination in 1802. He was promoted to Major in 1812. Gustav Peter Blom (4 July 1785 – 28 October 1869) was a Norwegian civil servant, politician and historian. He was a member of the Norwegian Constitutional Assembly at Eidsvoll during 1814. Georg Prahl Harbitz (26 June 1802 – 22 November 1889) was a Norwegian priest and politician. He was a Member of Parliament for multiple terms and served as President of the Storting. Hans Riddervold
Hans Riddervold (7 November 1795 – 20 July 1876) was a Norwegian priest and politician. Personal life He was born at Teien in Åsgårdstrand as a son of shipmaster Adolf Kvernheim Riddervold (1760–1817) and Bredine Bolette Nielsen (1773–1811). He was the father of Julius Riddervold, who in turn was a grandfather of Hans Julius Riddervold. Hans Riddervold's daughter Bodil Mathea married Cato Guldberg and the daughter Mette Marie Riddervold married Peter Andreas Jensen. Hans Riddervold married Anna Maria Bull (1803–1870) in June 1822. Carl Valentin Falsen
Carl Valentin Falsen (27 May 1787–14 April 1852) was a Norwegian civil servant, a county governor, and member of the Storting. Biography Falsen was born in Christiania, Norway. He was the son of Norwegian Chief Justice Enevold De Falsen (1755–1808) and Anna Henrike Petronelle Mathiesen (1762–1825). He was the brother of Christian Magnus Falsen. Both his father and grandfather were senior justice officials. He was trained in the law and took his examination as a Candidate of Law (''cand. Jur.'') at the University of Copenhagen in 1806.
