Nicole Kozlova
Nicole Dmitrievna Kozlova ( uk, Ніколь Дмитрівна Козлова; born 8 July 2000) is a footballer who plays as a forward for HB Køge. Born in Canada, she represents the Ukraine women's national team. Early life Kozlova was born in Toronto, Ontario to Ukrainian parents. She began playing football at age five with USC Academy. In 2014 and 2015, she was part of the Ontario REX program, and also played with Toronto Skillz FC in 2015. In 2015 and 2016, she won back-to-back Ontario Cups with Scarborough GS United, also earning back-to-back bronze medals at the national championships. She represented Team Ontario at the 2017 Canada Games. College career In 2018, she began attending Virginia Tech, where she played for the women's soccer team. The Ontario Cup is a soccer tournament for clubs based in the province of Ontario in Canada. It began play in 1901 under the Ontario Football Association League, now known as the Ontario Soccer Association, and is the oldest association football competition in North America. The Canada U-20 women's national soccer team is a youth soccer team operated under the Canadian Soccer Association. Its primary role is the development of players in preparation for the full women's national team. Their most recent major competition was the 2020 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. League1 Ontario (L1O) is a semi-professional men's soccer league in Ontario, Canada. The league began play in 2014 and is sanctioned by the Canadian Soccer Association and the Ontario Soccer Association as a pro-am league in the Canadian soccer league system.
