''Nicktoons Movin (known as ''SpongeBob SquarePants Movin' with friends'' in PAL regions) is a party video game developed by Mass Media and published by THQ released in 2004. It features characters from the shows ''SpongeBob SquarePants'', '' Danny Phantom'', '' Rocket Power'', ''The Fairly OddParents'', and '' The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius''. The game requires the ''EyeToy'' accessory to play. Gameplay Similarly to other EyeToy minigame compilations, like EyeToy: Play and Sega SuperStars, the gameplay consists of the player moving their upper-body in front of the EyeToy camera to manipulate objects and characters within the thirteen minigames. Before playing a minigame to achieve a high-score, SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star commentate over the menu screens, and video clips from the animated episodes that the minigames are based on are shown. Mass Media, Inc. is an American video game developer based in Moorpark, California. History Mass Media began in the 1980s at Cinemaware. In 1991, they formed a production unit called Philips P.O.V. Entertainment Group. Mass Media left Philips in 1995 and the company became an exclusive developer for Time Warner Interactive. After Time Warner halted their interactive division, Mass Media became an independent developer. It was acquired by THQ in February 2007 who closed the studio in November 2008. The company started back up immediately, focusing on developing for the Sony platforms, including the PlayStation 3. ''Sega Superstars'' is a party video game developed by Sonic Team for the PlayStation 2. It was published by Sega and released in Europe on October 22, 2004; in North America in November 3, 2004; and in Japan in November 11, 2004. The game features several minigames based on various Sega titles that are controlled using the EyeToy peripheral. Upon release, the game received "average" review scores from critics. Gameplay Gameplay is similar to that of '' EyeToy: Play'', in which players use their body to play a variety of minigames. However, while that game only picked up player's movement, ''Sega Superstars'' uses a more advanced system. Before the start of each game, a setup screen with an orange area is shown. In order to start the game, players have to stand in a position where the orange area won't pick up any movement and select the continue button.
