Nicholas Jeffrey Ward (born September 2, 1997) is an American basketball player for BC Gargždai of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). He played college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans. High school career Nick began playing basketball at a young age and shot the ball right handed despite being naturally left-handed. He starred at Lincoln High School in Gahanna, Ohio and averaged 21.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game as a senior. He verbally committed to Michigan State in April 2015. Ward was a four-star prospect and a consensus top-50 recruit in the 2016 class. College career Freshman Ward had 18 points in Michigan State's home opener on November 18, 2016 versus Mississippi Valley State. Nick Ward (footballer, Born 1977)
Nicholas Ward (born 30 November 1977 in Wrexham, Wales), is a retired footballer who played as a forward for Shrewsbury Town in The Football League. He played in the Welsh Premier League for a number of team - where he spent most of his career. After retiring as a player he moved into management and is currently manager of Penycae. He made his debut for the Shrews on 15 October 1996 in the Second Division 2–1 defeat to Gillingham at Gay Meadow. He came on as a second-half substitute for Richard Scott. In June 2011 he rejoined The New Saints signing a new contract with the club in May 2012. On deadline day – 31 August 2012, he left TNS re-signing with his former club Newtown, for a third time. In October 2013 he joined former club Cefn Druids. He retired from football in the summer of 2014 to further his coaching career and joined Penycae as assistant manager. He signed to UK label AudioFile Records in 2009 and has many releases to his name, ''Outside Looking In'' (2009), ''Pink Bay'' (2010), ''Cadenza'' (2012), ''World in Reverse'' (2014) and ''Phonus Balonus'' (2017). Career Ward has his roots in new wave but isn't afraid to delve into other genres including country, southern rock, americana and folk. Nick Ward (born 24 March 1985) is an Australian football (soccer) player, who plays as a midfielder for Pascoe Vale FC in the National Premier League. Club career His efforts in the inaugural A-League season of 2005–06 resulted in him becoming the first player to win the A-League's Rising Star Award with Perth Glory, along with also winning the Perth Supporter's Player of the Year, and also the Smokefree WA Coach's Award. The Church (band)
The Church are an Australian Rock music, rock band formed in Sydney in 1980. Initially associated with New wave music, new wave, neo-psychedelia, and indie rock, their music later came to feature slower tempos and surreal soundscapes reminiscent of dream pop and post-rock. Glenn A. Baker has written that "From the release of the 'She Never Said' single in November 1980, this unique Sydney-originated entity has purveyed a distinctive, ethereal, psychedelic-tinged sound which has alternatively found favour and disfavour in Australia." The ''Los Angeles Times'' has described the band's music as "dense, shimmering, exquisite guitar pop". The founding members were Steve Kilbey on lead vocals and bass guitar, Peter Koppes and Marty Willson-Piper on guitars, and Nick Ward on drums. Nicholas Ward (boxer)
Nicholas Ward often known as Nick Ward (1 April 1811 – 17 February 1850) was an English bare-knuckle fighter. Nick Ward was the heavyweight champion of England for four months in 1841. His first recorded fight was in 1835 against Harry John Lockyer. In 1840 he fought his brother's old enemy James Burke; Burke was a feared and dangerous fighter, who had killed one opponent, the champion Simon Byrne. Following the match Jem Ward had refused to fight Burke, would not hand over the championship belt or acknowledge Burke as the heavyweight champion, even after he was acquitted of murder. Nick Ward won the bout against Burke when his gang of supporters forced the referee to disqualify Burke for an alleged foul. This winning pattern was repeated when in February 1841 Ward became heavyweight champion.
