Abraham Neyman
Abraham Neyman (born June 14, 1949, Israel) is an Israeli mathematician and game theorist, Professor of Mathematics at the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality and the Einstein Institute of Mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. He served as president of the Israeli Chapter of the Game Theory Society (2014–2018). Biography Neyman received his BSc in mathematics in 1970 and his MSc in mathematics in 1972 from the Hebrew University. His MSc thesis was on the subject of “The Range of a Vector Measure” and was supervised by Joram Lindenstrauss. His PhD thesis, "Values of Games with a Continuum of Players," was completed under Robert Aumann in 1977. Neyman has been professor of mathematics at the Hebrew University since 1982, including serving as the chairman of the institute of mathematics 1992–1994, as well as holding a professorship in economics, 1982–1990. Benny Neyman
Wilhelmus Albertus "Benny" Neyman (9 June 1951 in Maastricht, Netherlands - 7 February 2008 in Soesterberg, Netherlands) was a Dutch singer. Biography Neyman was born in Limburg. In the beginning of the 1970s, he took a course at Kleinkunst Academy in Amsterdam. Neyman's first success came in 1980 with the song ''Ik weet niet hoe''. Several follow up singles also became hits, like ''Vrijgezel'' and ''Je hoeft me niet the zeggen hoe ik leven moet''. In 1985 Neyman scored his biggest hit with ''Waarom fluister ik je naam nog'' (number 1 position in some Dutch charts). From the second half of the 1980s Neyman had no major hits. However he still released a large number of albums and had several successful musical tours. Neyman received a Golden Harp in 1996. Jerzy Neyman
Jerzy Neyman (April 16, 1894 – August 5, 1981; born Jerzy Spława-Neyman; ) was a Polish mathematician and statistician who spent the first part of his professional career at various institutions in Warsaw, Poland and then at University College London, and the second part at the University of California, Berkeley. Neyman first introduced the modern concept of a confidence interval into statistical hypothesis testing and co-revised Ronald Fisher's null hypothesis testing (in collaboration with Egon Pearson). Yuri Neyman, A.S.C. (American Society of Cinematographers) is a Russian-American cinematographer, educator and inventor. Early life Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he graduated from the Moscow Film Institute (VGIK) with honors in the art of cinematography and photographic engineering. After Film Institute he worked in the former Soviet Union as Director of Photography on many films. One of the last films made with Neyman, as Director of Photography was '' Mayakovsky Laughs'', directed by classic Soviet director Sergei Yutkevich.
