Harlequin (; it, Arlecchino ; lmo, Arlechin, Bergamasque pronunciation ) is the best-known of the ''zanni'' or comic servant characters from the Italian ''commedia dell'arte'', associated with the city of Bergamo. Thomas Coolican (born 26 August 1988) is a former Australian-American rugby union player. He played professionally for the San Francisco Rush in 2016. He previously played in Australia for Sydney University in the Shute Shield and Sydney Stars in the National Rugby Championship. Career Early career Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Coolican grew up in Australia where he began his rugby career. At an early age he played with the Lindfield Rugby Club while being educated at Saint Ignatius' College in Riverview, New South Wales. While at Saint Ignatius, he earned his first XV honors which led to Coolican being selected for New South Wales at Schoolboy level. Toby L'Estrange (born September 2, 1988) is an Australian-American former rugby union player who played flyhalf for London Welsh and for the United States Eagles. L'Estrange was supposed to join the U.S. team for the June 2012 tests, but was unable to join the team at that time due to a broken arm. L'Estrange made his debut for the U.S. on November 9, 2012 against Russia, scoring a try in a 40–26 victory for the U.S. L'Estrange started all three matches for the U.S. at flyhalf during the November 2013 tests. In February 2014 he signed with RFU Championship side London Welsh. L'Estrange appeared five times for the Welsh but sustained a fractured leg and was subsequently released at the end of the season. Louis Stanfill (born May 30, 1985 in Sacramento, California) is an American former rugby union player who last played for San Diego Legion in Major League Rugby. He previously played for the United States national team. He played at flanker or No. 8, and could also play lock. Youth and college rugby Stanfill began playing rugby in high school at Jesuit High School (Sacramento), where he led his school to a national semifinal appearance. Stanfill also played high school football, and was named Sacramento defensive player of the year in 2002. Stanfill played his college rugby at Cal, where they won several national championships during his years there, and Stanfill was selected as an All-American. Michael Zachary Petri (born August 16, 1984) is a former American rugby union player who played for Rugby United New York (RUNY) of Major League Rugby (MLR). His position was scrum-half. He is known as "Peaches" by his teammates. He currently is the head coach for RUNY's academy development program. Petri has previously played for the Newport Gwent Dragons, Sale Sharks, and Barbarians FC (2009). Early life and education Petri began playing rugby as a freshman at Xavier High School in New York City. Petri's father, also Mike, played rugby as a youth at St. Francis Prep and encouraged his participation in the sport. The United States national rugby sevens team competes in international rugby sevens competitions. The national sevens team is organized by USA Rugby, and the team has been led by Head Coach Mike Friday since 2014. The main competition the team plays in every year is the World Rugby Sevens Series, a series of ten tournaments played around the globe from December to June that includes the USA Sevens tournament every spring. The Eagles have been a core team in the World Series and finished in the top twelve each season since 2008–09. Alexander Magleby (born February 19, 1978) is the CEO of the professional rugby union team, The New England Free Jacks. He is a former professional rugby union coach, and former United States national team player and captain. Playing career Magleby was selected to the US national rugby sevens team his senior year of Dartmouth College, subsequently starting at hooker from 2000 to 2005, and captaining the Eagles to the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens. Sale Sharks is a professional rugby union club from Greater Manchester, England. They play in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby. Originally founded in 1861 as Sale Football Club, now a distinct amateur club, they adopted the nickname Sharks in 1999. Since 2012 they have played their home games at the A.J.
