Nemanja Jovšić
Nemanja Jovšić ( sr-Cyrl, Немања Јовшић; born 7 October 1983) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career In June 2001, Jovšić signed his first professional contract with Partizan. He spent the next few years on loan at their affiliated club Teleoptik. In the 2004–05 season, Jovšić was promoted to the first team and made one league appearance in the process, as the club won the championship title. He then went on a six-month loan to Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje, before returning to Partizan in January 2006. Until the end of the 2005–06 season, Jovšić appeared in two league games for the Black-Whites. He was subsequently sent on loan to Smederevo, before returning to Partizan and making two league appearances in the second part of the 2006–07 season. Zemun
Zemun ( sr-cyrl, Земун, ; hu, Zimony) is a municipality in the city of Belgrade. Zemun was a separate town that was absorbed into Belgrade in 1934. It lies on the right bank of the Danube river, upstream from downtown Belgrade. The development of New Belgrade in the late 20th century expanded the continuous urban area of Belgrade and merged it with Zemun. The town was conquered by the Kingdom of Hungary in the 12th century and in the 15th century it was given as a personal possession to the Serbian despot Đurađ Branković. The 2004–05 First League of Serbia and Montenegro (officially known as the Meridian PrvaLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the third season of the Serbia and Montenegro's top-level football league since its establishment. It was contested by 16 teams, and FK Partizan won the championship. 2007–08 Serbian Cup
The 2007–08 Serbian Cup season is the second season of Serbia's football knockout competition. Red Star, the holders of the Lav Kup Srbije, began the tournament as favorites to lift the cup again. It seemed as though Red Star where on their way to winning the cup again having passed all stages with class. Then came the semifinal clash with arch-rival Partizan in what many considered the game of the tournament. The match came with much controversy due to a goal Red Star scored late that was flagged for offside. The replays clearly showed that Red Star's midfielder Nenad Milijaš was on, but what made matters worse was the fact that the referee apologized to him and admitted that he had made a mistake. Several days after the incident the side judge retired from refereeing and openly apologized to Red Star and the supporters of the team. The Serbian Cup ( Serbian: Куп Србије, Kup Srbije) is the national football cup of Serbia. The winner of the competition gets a spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying round. From 2006 to 2010, the competition was known as the Lav Cup for sponsorship reasons. History Serbia's cup tournament is the legal successor to the Serbia and Montenegro Cup and in turn of the Yugoslav Cup. This cup tournament lasted for four seasons up until the dissolution of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2006. The tournament was dominated by Serbian clubs with no Montenegrin sides reaching the final. The First League of Serbia and Montenegro ( sr, Прва савезна лига / Prva savezna liga) was the top football league of Serbia and Montenegro, before the country's dissolution in 2006. The league was formed following the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992, effectively succeeding the Yugoslav First League. The league was renamed the Serbia and Montenegro SuperLiga prior to its final 2005–06 season. From 1993 to 1998, the league abandoned the traditional single-league structure, which was used in the first season, and the division was split into two groups; Group A (known as IA) for the top-seeded teams and Group B (IB) for the other teams. Until 1995–96, the bottom four teams of the IA group were replaced with the top four teams of IB after the first half of the season, once all teams have played each other in their respective group twice. Vukašin Poleksić
Vukašin Poleksić (Serbian Cyrillic: Bукaшин Пoлeкcић, born 30 August 1982) is a Montenegrin retired football goalkeeper. Club career Poleksić started his career at FK Sutjeska Nikšić, breaking into the first team in 2000. During this time he also spent time on loan at U.S. Lecce, and eventually joined them on a free transfer. After a brief second spell with FK Sutjeska Nikšić, he joined Hungarian Championship side FC Tatabánya. In 2007/08 he joined Debreceni VSC, and became their first-choice goalkeeper for the next 3 seasons. On 24 June 2010 Poleksić was banned from all football activities until 30 June 2012 for failing to report an attempted match fixing. Investigations showed these attempts failed, and the offers had been rejected by Poleksić, however UEFA rules state all players and officials must report any match fixing attempt.
