Croatia selected its entry for the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest through the "Dora 1994" contest, which was held on 20 March 1994, organised by the Croatian national broadcaster Hrvatska radiotelevizija (HRT) in Opatija. The winner was Tony Cetinski with "Nek' ti bude ljubav sva". Before Eurovision Dora 1994 HRT organised the Dora contest to select the Croatian entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 1994, held in Dublin, Ireland, on 30 April 1994. This was the 2nd edition of Dora, held in Opatija. The national contest consisted of a televised final with 21 songs held on 20 March 1994 selected from a public call for submissions from songwriters and composers. The winner was chosen by the votes of 11 regional juries. At Eurovision Tony Cetinski competed for Croatia the Eurovision contest on 30 April 1994 in Dublin, and finished 16th out of 25 countries, with 27 votes. Tony Cetinski
Anthony Cetinski (born 31 May 1969), known professionally as Tony Cetinski, is a Croatian pop singer. Today, he is one of the most popular male singers in Croatia and countries of former Yugoslavia. Biography Born into a family of musicians in Pula (then SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia), Cetinski began singing when he was 15 years old with various local groups. He moved from Rovinj to Zagreb in 1991 to start his career, and quickly became one of Croatia's leading pop stars. In 1994 he represented Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Nek' ti bude ljubav sva". Opatija
Opatija (; it, Abbazia; german: Sankt Jakobi) is a town and a municipality in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in western Croatia. The Eurovision Song Contest 1994 was the 39th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Dublin, Ireland, following the country's victory at the with the song "In Your Eyes" by Niamh Kavanagh. It was the first time that any country had hosted the contest two years in a row. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster (RTÉ), the contest was held at the Point Theatre on 30 April 1994. Vinko Coce (22 December 1954 – 27 October 2013) was a prominent Croatian opera and pop singer. Biography Coce was born in Trogir and joined the Klapa ''Trogir'' in 1972. Between 1983 and 1988, he was a tenor in the mixed choir of the Croatian National Theatre in Split. Nina Badrić (; born 4 July 1972) is a Croatian pop singer and songwriter. She began performing in the early 1990s, and competed in " Dora" – the Croatian selection for Eurovision Song Contest 4 times. Zorica Kondža (born 25 June 1960) is a Croatian pop-rock singer. She is best known for her soprano vocal range, which she displayed as the lead vocalist for the 1980s pop-rock music act ''Stijene''. Nenad "Neno" Belan (born 2 February 1962) is a Croatian rock musician known as the frontman of Đavoli, as well as for his solo work.
