Special Committee Of The National People's Congress
A special committee () is a legislative committee in the National People's Congress (NPC), the national legislature of the People's Republic of China. Article 35 of the Organic Law of the National People's Congress specifies that the NPC shall create an Ethnic Affairs Committee, a Constitution and Law Committee (formerly just Law Committee), a Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, an Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee, a Foreign Affairs Committee, and an Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, as well as any other special committees that it deems necessary. Over time, the NPC has added an Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee, an Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee, an Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, and Social Development Affairs Committee, for a total of ten special committees. Han Yuqun
Han Yuqun (born 1943 in Suining, Jiangsu province) is a Chinese politician. He is vice-chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress. He was also governor of Shandong Province. Career Han Yuqun joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 1975. He has served as deputy secretary of the CPC Jining City Committee in Shandong province, secretary of the CPC committee of Jining City, and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC committee of Shandong province. In 1993 he was elected member of the standing committee of the CPC committee of Shandong province. Mou Xinsheng (; born December 1943) is a Chinese politician who served as head of the General Administration of Customs from 2001 to 2008. He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a delegate to the 11th National People's Congress. Biography Mou was born in Fufeng County, Shaanxi, in December 1943. In 1963, he was accepted to the Northwest University of Politics and Law, majoring in law. Wen Shizhen (; January 1940 – 27 July 2021) was a Chinese politician who served as governor of Liaoning from 1994 to 1998, party chief of Liaoning from 1997 to 2004, and chairman of the Standing Committee of Liaoning People's Congress from 2003 to 2005.
