National Children's Museum
The National Children's Museum is a children's museum and Science museum#Science centre, science center in downtown Washington, D.C. It is intended to serve children up to age 12 and their families through interactive exhibits exploring science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Founded in 1974, the museum operated from 1979 to 2004 at 220 H Street, NE. It then operated as a “museum without walls,” until 2009, when it opened a new location in National Harbor, Maryland. That closed in 2015. A new location opened on February 24, 2020, in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Ronald Reagan Building in downtown Washington, before temporarily closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. White House
The White House is the official residence and workplace of the president of the United States. It is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C., and has been the residence of every U.S. president since John Adams in 1800. The Federal Triangle is a triangular area in Washington, D.C. formed by 15th Street NW, Constitution Avenue NW, Pennsylvania Avenue NW, and E Street NW. Federal Triangle is occupied by 10 large city and federal office buildings, all of which are part of the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site.
