Hadgaon is a town and a municipal council in Nanded district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Prataprao Govindrao Chikhalikar
Pratap Govindrao Chikhalikar Patil (born 2 August 1960) is an Indian politician and Bharatiya Janata Party leader from Nanded district. He is a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He represents the Loha Assembly Constituency. Career Chikhalikar has been described as close to Shankarrao Chavan, but later has become an opponent of his son Ashok Chavan becoming a close junior associate of former Maharashtra Chief Minister the late Vilasrao Deshmukh. The Government of Maharashtra is the state governing authority for the state of Maharashtra, India. Literacy In India
Literacy in India is a key for social-economic progress. The 2011 census, indicated a 2001–2011 literacy growth of 97.2%, which is slower than the growth seen during the previous decade. An old analytical 1990 study estimated that it would take until 2060 for India to achieve universal literacy at then-current rate of progress.
