The New Urban Communities Authority ( ar, هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة) is an Egyptian state owned enterprise (SOE) affiliated to the Ministry of Housing. Its headquarters are in Sheikh Zayed City in Greater Cairo. It was established in accordance with law No. 59/1979. NUCA is tasked with addressing housing issues in Egypt by developing new urban communities to redistribute the population of existing cities away from Egypt's Nile valley and delta, and into the desert in order to save agricultural land from being urbanized. Government Of Egypt
The politics of Egypt are based on republicanism, with a semi-presidential system of government. The current political system was established following the 2013 Egyptian military coup d'état, and the takeover of President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. In the current system, the President is elected for a six-year term. He can appoint up to 5 percent of the parliament. Furthermore, the President has the power to dissolve Parliament through Article 137. The Parliament of Egypt is the oldest legislative chamber in Africa and the Middle East. The unicameral Parliament has the ability to impeach the President through Article 161. With 2020 elections to the new Senate, the chamber became bicameral. New Nubariya
New Nubariya ( ar, النوبارية الجديدة) is a town in Egypt, approximately north of Cairo. New Nubariya consists of two residential areas, the first residential area has 960 housing units, and the second area hasa thousand units, and it contains three major mosques. During the year 2008, President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak launched the Build My Home project, which contributed to increasing the residential areas of the city, through the implementation of 3 neighborhoods named A, B and C on the western side of the Sumed pipeline to transport oil.
