National Youth Orchestra Of The Netherlands
The National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands (NJO, nl, Nationaal Jeugdorkest) is the national youth orchestra of the Netherlands, founded in 1957. It consists of young musicians between 18 and 26 years of age. It has appeared with conductors including Philippe Herreweghe, Iván Fischer, Jaap van Zweden, Reinbert de Leeuw and Oliver Knussen and soloists Nino Gvetadze, Hannes Minnaar, Isabelle van Keulen, Lucas & Arthur Jussen, Lucas Jussen, Harriet Krijgh, Alexander Romanovsky (pianist), Alexander Romanovsky, Alexander Sitkovetsky and Claron McFadden. New Jazz Orchestra
The New Jazz Orchestra (NJO) was a British jazz big band that was active from 1963 to 1970. Neil Ardley recorded several more albums with many of the NJO's members, which were released under his own name. Origins and members The NJO was the offspring of a popular weekend jazz club, the "Jazzhouse" based at the Green Man, Blackheath (demolished to make way for Allison Close) where the "house" band was the Ian Bird Quintet (initially comprising Ian Bird, tenor sax; Clive Burrows, baritone sax; Johnny Mealing, piano; Tony Reeves, bass and Trevor Tomkins, drums - Mealing and Tomkins left to join the newly formed Rendell-Carr Quintet and were succeeded by Paul Raymond and Jon Hiseman respectively. The New Jedi Order
''Star Wars: The New Jedi Order'' (or ''New Jedi Order'' or ''NJO'') is a series of 19 science fiction novels, published from 1999 to 2003, set in the ''Star Wars'' Expanded Universe. The series revolves around the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy 21–25 years after the events depicted in ''Return of the Jedi''.
