National Institute For Higher Education
A National Institute for Higher Education (NIHE) ( ga, Foras Náisiúnta um Ard-Oideachas) was a category of higher education institution established in Ireland to provide higher level technical education above the standard of the then established Regional Technical College system, at university level. Higher level technical education in Ireland was seen to be an area that was poorly served until the advent of these institutions. The plan was to see degree level education mainly. The first institution was set up in Limerick, where there had been long-standing demand for a university, in fact a "University of Limerick" was proposed ''inter alia'' in the late 1960s by the ''Lichfield Report''. The institution at Dublin was to be the unified campus of what later became Dublin Institute of Technology, but instead a new institution was developed similar to Limerick. Northern Ireland Housing Executive
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is the public housing authority for Northern Ireland. It is Northern Ireland's largest social housing landlord, and the enforcing authority for those parts of housing orders that involve houses with multiple occupants, houses that are unfit, and housing conditions. The NIHE employed 2,865 persons as of 31 March, 2020. Niya (kingdom)
Niya, Niye, and also Niy of Thutmose I's Ancient Egypt, also Nii of the Amarna letters, and Nihe, etc. was a kingdom in Syria, or northern Syria. In the Amarna letters correspondence of 1350- 1335 BC, ''Nii'' is only referenced in two letters, but each is of some importance. The city of Tunip in the northern Levant had been trying to communicate to the Egyptian pharaoh for two decades, and finally resorted to another letter, EA 59: entitled: ''"From the citizens of Tunip"'', ( EA for 'el Amarna'). The city-state of Arqa also sent a letter to pharaoh, requesting aid (EA 100). The other letter referencing ''Nii'' concerns the individual Etakkama, his collusion with the Hittites, and the takeover of territory, 'city-states', and peoples in the northern and western Levant. Nihe, Huainan
Nihe () is a town in the northeastern part of Panji District. Nihe is adjacent to Jiagou Township in the east, across the river from Gugou Hui Township in the south, bordering Panji Town in the west, and Huaiyuan County in the north. The population is 36670. The town governs 15 villages, 2 communities: Meiyuan Community, Liuye Community, Daimiao Village, Dianji Village, Daying Village, Taowang Village, Wafang Village, Daxu Village, Houhu Village, Xiejie Village, Xuhu Village, Yangliu Village, Heituli Village, Zhenxing Village , Zhonghuang Village, Huangxu Village and Dashuli Village.
