Ná-Meo Language
Ná-Meo (Vietnamese: ''Na Miểu''; autonym: 'Hsiu (2015)) is a language of northern Vietnam, spoken by the Mieu people. Nguyen (2007) believes Na Meo may be a Hmongic language closest to Qiandong Miao. Classification According to Hsiu (2015), Na Meo is most closely related to the Guncen 滚岑 and Zhenmin 振民 dialects of (ISO 639-3: ''hms''), which are spoken in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, northern Guangxi Province, China. This is evidenced by the sound change Proto-Hmong–Mien *-ɛŋ > Proto-Na Meo-Guncen-Zhenmin *-a. Tuyên Quang Province
Tuyên Quang () is a province of Vietnam, located in the northeastern part of the country to the northwest of Hanoi, at the centre of Lô River valley, a tributary of the Red River. Its capital is Tuyên Quang. The province had a population of 805,780 in 2022, with a density of 137 persons per km2 over a total land area of . Cao Bằng Province
Cao Bằng is a province of the Northeast region of Vietnam. The province has borders with Hà Giang, Tuyên Quang, Bắc Kạn, and Lạng Sơn provinces within Vietnam. It also has a common international border with Guangxi province in China. The province covers and, as of 2023, its population was 547,849 people. Cao Minh (xã Cao Minh) is a commune in Tràng Định District, Lạng Sơn Province, Vietnam. Cao Minh borders Bắc Kạn Province to the west, and the communes Đoàn Kết and Tân Tiến to the northeast and south. Its administrative center is at Vàng Can.
