Muneeb And Mughees Butt
Mughees and Muneeb Butt ( ur, ) were two Pakistani brothers who were lynched by mob on August 15, 2010 in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. The brothers were killed, hanged, and mutilated in Sialkot with the support of local police and Rescue 1122. The lynching was witnessed by a crowd of people including nine police officials who apparently offered no intervention. The people stood there as the two innocent boys were assaulted by a crowd of people. One of the brothers escaped and asked the local rescue services for help, but they denied it and returned the boy back to the crowd where he was eventually beaten to death. The brutal killing of two brothers was recorded by some of the witnesses, which was later broadcast by the media. Moneeb Iqbal (born 28 February 1986) is a Scottish cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and leg-break bowler. Having first represented Scotland in 2002, making his debut at the age of fifteen in the 2002 Under-19 World Cup, he represented the national team in the same competition in 2004 and 2006. Though he scored a duck in his first match for the Scottish team, he finished the competition with an average nearing 20. He performed better two years later, when he hit his first half-century, and played once again in 2006. At the time of his first international fixture, Moneeb was the youngest cricketer ever to represent Scotland in an international. Munib Younan ( ar, منيب يونان, translit=Munīb Yūnān; born 18 September 1950 in Jerusalem) is a Palestinian Bishop Emeritus of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land (ELCJHL). From January 1998 to January 2018 he was Bishop of the ELCJHL. He retired in January 2018, but continues to serve as Bishop Emeritus, and remains a member of the Church Council of ELCJHL.
