Mónica Farro
Mónica Farro (born 28 February 1976) is an Uruguayan model and actress of theatre and television. She started her career as a child commercial model and then worked as an erotic actress and fetish model for Playboy TV. She was chosen as Miss Uruguay for ''Playboy'' 2004 Miss Playboy. Theatre Farro's launch to fame was in 2007 after being discovered by the Argentine theatre producer Gerardo Sofovich in the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo. He signed Farro to his theatre company for two years in which she performed in his comedy ''No somos santas'' and his musical comedy ''Le Referi Cornud''. In 2008 she was cast by Sofovich to co-star in the magazine ''La Fiesta Está En El Lago'' alongside dancer Valeria Archimó and actress-dancer Adabel Guerrero, with all three writing. Valeria Constanza Archimaut (born January 14, 1972), known as Valeria Archimó, is an Argentine theater dancer, supervedette, choreographer and theater creative director. She is known for participating in many dance competitions, including the Second Dance World Championship in which she ended in 3rd place alongside her dance partner, Juan Leandro Nimo. ''El Musical de tus Sueños'' was an alternate Argentine season of ''Bailando por un Sueño''. In place of the traditional format of couples, each celebrity danced, sang and acted with a team of 5 dancers and one professional dancer. Each week they had to portray a different theme (love, fantasy, etc.). The elimination format was the same as in the traditional competition: each week the worst couples were eliminated, the jury retained some of them, and in the finale the last two remaining went to the public vote. ''Bailando por un Sueño 2008'' was the fifth Argentinean season of ''Bailando por un Sueño''. The first show of the season aired on April 14, 2008 as part of the original show, '' Showmatch'', broadcast on Canal 13 and hosted by Marcelo Tinelli. This time, there were 40 couples competing, and the competition lasted 35 weeks.
