Mysterious Island 2
''Mysterious Island 2'' (Chinese: 孤岛惊魂2) is a 2013 Chinese horror film directed by Rico Chung. The film is set in present-day Bangkok where Zhou Qing (Deng Jiajia) tells her psychiatrist ( Leung Wan-yi) about recurring nightmares about a female ghost and a killer lorry on a highway. Zhou's younger sister Zhou Xi (Deng Jiajia) finds Zhou Qing missing and on looking for her finds her house deserted and full of horrific paintings and newspaper clippings about a murder spree. The film is largely unrelated to the plot and cast of ''Mysterious Island'' (2011), but shares many key crew members including the producer and director. Release ''Mysterious Island 2'' was released in China on January 26, 2013. It did not have as strong box office returns in China as the original film did grossing only a fifth of the amount that ''Mysterious Island'' did. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. ''Mysterious Island'' (孤島驚魂) is a 2011 Chinese horror film directed by Rico Chung. The film is about a group of people invited to a '' Survivor'' styled television program on the Binlusai islands. On arriving there they lose their luggage and come across a message stating that they will all be killed. The film was a commercial success in China where it grossed over $10 million in comparison to its $2 million budget. Plot In the 1970s on the Binlusai islands, a young mother is killed when she was running with her son from an evil presence in an abandoned Roman Catholic leper colony. In the present day, a group of four young men and women are travelling to the island to take part in a survival game run by TV channel ''Search Planet'' headed by Chen Jiadong (Philip Keung). Chris Liu (;) is a Chinese-born and London-based fashion designer. Born in the cosmopolitan city of Urumqi in northwest China. Career Liu graduated as master of art in fashion design and technology with distinction at London College of Fashion in 2003. Gao Zhilie
Gao , or Gawgaw/Kawkaw, is a city in Mali and the capital of the Gao Region. The city is located on the River Niger, east-southeast of Timbuktu on the left bank at the junction with the Tilemsi valley. For much of its history Gao was an important commercial centre involved in the trans-Saharan trade. In the 9th century external Arabic writers described Gao as an important regional power, and by the end of the 10th century, the local ruler was said to be a Muslim.
