Mylène Halemai
Mylène Halemai (born 11 August 2001) is a French professional tennis player and beauty pageant titleholder. Halemai has a career-high WTA rankings, WTA singles ranking of 794, achieved on 31 December 2018. She also has a career-high WTA doubles ranking of 503, reached on 9 March 2020. Halemai has won five doubles titles on tournaments of the International Tennis Federation, ITF Circuit. She made her main-draw debut on a Grand Slam event at the 2019 French Open, after receiving a wildcard for the doubles competition partnering Julie Belgraver. In 2020, she was crowned Wallis and Futuna, Miss Wallis and Futuna 2020, and represented the region at Miss France 2021. The 2019 French Open was a Grand Slam (tennis), major tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was held at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France, from 26 May to 9 June, comprising singles, doubles and mixed doubles play. Junior and wheelchair tournaments were also scheduled. Rafael Nadal was the two-time defending champion in men's singles and won his record 12th French Open singles title. Simona Halep was the defending champion in women's singles, but lost in the quarterfinals; the title was won by Ashleigh Barty. It was the 123rd edition of the French Open and the second Grand Slam event of 2019. The main singles draws included 16 qualifiers for men and 12 for women out of 128 players in each draw.
