Zaw Zaw ( my, ဇော်ဇော်) is a Burmese business magnate, banker, investor, and philanthropist. He is the chairman of Max Myanmar Group of Companies, a major conglomerate. Zaw Zaw has served as the president of the Myanmar Football Federation since 2005, and vice president of ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) and Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Bago (formerly spelt Pegu; , ), formerly known as Hanthawaddy, is a city and the capital of the Bago Region in Myanmar. It is located north-east of Yangon. Etymology The Burmese name Bago (ပဲခူး) is likely derived from the Mon language place name Bagaw ( mnw, ဗဂေါ, ). Until the Burmese government renamed English place names throughout the country in 1989, Bago was known as Pegu. Bago was formerly known as Hanthawaddy (; ; ; lit. Hein Htet Aung ( my, ဟိန်းထက်အောင်; born 5 October 2001 ) is a Burmese professional footballer who plays as a winger or a forward for Selangor in Malaysia Super League. Myat Kaung Khant ( my, မြတ်ကောင်းခန့်; born 15 July 2000) is a Burmese professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Liga 1 club Persikabo 1973 and the Myanmar national team. Myat Kaung Khant was a talented home grown player of Myanmar Football Academy. In 2017, Yadanarbon signed Myat Kaung Khant with a transfer fee of 5,000,000 MMK. Win Naing Tun ( my, ဝင်းနိုင်ထွန်း; born 3 May 2000) is a Burmese professional footballer who plays as a striker for Indonesian club Borneo Samarinda. He is considered the most promising striker in Burmese football. He won a bronze medal at the 2019 SEA Games. Myanmar national under-20 football team is the under-20 football team of Myanmar. It was known as the Burma national youth football team before 1989. During a ten-year span between 1961 and 1970, Burma thoroughly dominated the U-19/U-20 Asian Cup, reaching the finals eight times and winning the tournament seven times.
