Mustapha Mansouri
Mustapha Mansouri ( ar, مصطفى المنصوري ; born 22 August 1953 in Tiztoutin) is a Moroccan politician of the National Rally of Independents party. He held a number of portfolios in the cabinets of Driss Jettou (2002–2007) and Abderrahman el-Yousfi (1998–2000). He also was leader of his party and presided over the House of Representatives of Morocco, before resigning from both positions because of a feud with Fouad Ali El Himma. Mustapha Mansouri holds a bachelor's degree and a PhD in economics. Nador
Nador ( Riffian-Berber: ⵏⴰⴷⵓⵔ) is a coastal city and provincial capital in the northeastern Rif region of Morocco with a population of about 161,726 (2014 census). Nador city is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a salt lagoon named ''Rbḥar Ameẓẓyan'' in Berber (''Mar Chica'' in Spanish) and is south of the Spanish city of Melilla. Nador was founded in the 19th century by local Berber tribes and was under Spanish occupation from 1912 until Morocco's independence in 1956. The Nador Province has over 600,000 inhabitants, predominantly of Rif- Berber ethnicity. Nador is considered the second largest city in the Oriental East after Wejda. General officer, General Mimoun Mansouri ( ar, ميمون منصوري – born 1946 in Tiztoutin, Nador Province) is a Moroccan general. He has been the commander of the Royal Guard since the 1970s. He is also the president of the Moroccan Polo Federation. In August 2002, Mohammed VI of Morocco, Mohammed VI promoted him to the rank of Divisional general. Fouad Ali El Himma ( ar, فؤاد عالي الهمة; born 6 December 1962, in Ben Guerir, Morocco) is a Moroccan politician and senior advisor for Mohammed VI of whom he is said to be a very close friend. Since he became Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Interior in November 1999, he has played a prominent role in the Moroccan State. In 2008, he founded the Authenticity and Modernity Party. El Himma was a classmate of Mohammed VI at the Collège Royale and was the director of his cabinet when he was crown prince.
