Musique De L’Artillerie
The Musique de l’Artillerie () sometimes referred to informally as the Music of 9-9 or M-ART is a military band of French Army falls under the Sud-Est territorial region. It consists of 50 musicians, who perform at official protocol ceremonies as well as public relations events for the Army. It performs throughout the south-eastern quarter of France participates in national events and events abroad, particularly numerous international festivals. It is located in the Gerland District of Lyon and is currently led by Chief Musician Jean-Claude Leberruyer while being assisted by the Drum Major, Chief Warrant Officer Jean-Michel Gatta. 35th Infantry Regiment (France)
35th Infantry Regiment (''35e régiment d'infanterie'') is an infantry regiment of the French Army. Its origins date back to the formation of the régiment de Nemond in 1604 by a member of the gentry from Lorraine whose surname was Némond. During World War I it was nicknamed ''As de Trèfle'' (''Ace of Clubs''). It is now based at the garrison in Belfort. Notable figures who have served with the regiment or its predecessors include the brothers Louis and Auguste de Keralio (from 1734 to 1749), Étienne-Charles de Damas-Crux (second in command of the régiment d'Aquitaine on 3 October 1779), Maurice Chevalier (in 1913) and Jean Chrétien Fischer. French Republican Guard Band
The Republican Guard Band (french: Orchestre de la Garde républicaine) is a military band unit of the French Republican Guard, which is part of the National Gendarmerie. The band is composed of 120 professional musicians from national conservatories. As the senior band and field music unit of the French Armed Forces, it is aimed towards active participation as the musical accompaniment in all national events. History The band was founded in 1848 by Jean-Georges Paulus. Its official debut dates back to 1852, when a concert was organized in honor of Jean Paulus, its founder and the first leader of the band. The Royal Artillery Band was the first official, and permanent British military band (and former symphony orchestra) originating in 1557, but granted official status in 1762. The 191st Army Band, popularly known as the Band of the Wild West, is a military band of the U.S. Army Reserve posted at Camp Parks, California. Activated in 1943 as the 91st Infantry Division Band, the unit deployed to Europe in World War II where it fought in the Spring 1945 offensive in Italy. Rajpath
Rajpath, officially named Kartavya Path, and formerly known as Kingsway, is a ceremonial boulevard in New Delhi, India, that runs from Rashtrapati Bhavan on Raisina Hill through Vijay Chowk and India Gate, National War Memorial to National Stadium, Delhi. The avenue is lined on both sides by huge lawns, canals and rows of trees. Considered to be one of the most important roads in India, it is where the annual Republic Day parade takes place on 26 January. Janpath (meaning "People's Way") crosses the road. Rajpath runs in east-west direction. Roads from Connaught Place, the financial centre of Delhi, run into Rajpath from north.
