The Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica (; sl, Občina Slovenska Bistrica) is a municipality in the traditional region of Styria in northeastern Slovenia. The seat of the municipality is the town of Slovenska Bistrica. Slovenska Bistrica became a municipality in 1994. Kočno ob Ložnici (, sometimes ''Kočno pri Ložnici'') is a village on the right bank of the Ložnica River in the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica in northeastern Slovenia. Gaj, Slovenska Bistrica
Gaj () is a settlement just east of Pragersko in the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Drava Statistical Region. In 1980 part of the settlement was split off to become Spodnji Gaj pri Pragerskem in the neighboring Municipality of Kidričevo.
