Multiple Man
James Arthur Madrox, also called the Multiple Man, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer/editor Len Wein, he first appeared in ''Fantastic Four (comic book), Giant-Size Fantastic Four'' #4 (February 1975). A Mutant (Marvel Comics), mutant with the ability to create instant duplicates of himself, Madrox was mainly a minor or supporting character until his appearance in the 1987 miniseries ''Fallen Angels (comics), Fallen Angels''. The character underwent greater development under writer Peter David through his appearance in David's run of the monthly series ''X-Factor (comics), X-Factor'' (vol. 1) in the 1990s, and in David's second and ongoing run of the title (vol. 3) in the 2000s. The character has appeared in multiple television, film and video game adaptations, most notably in the 2006 film ''X-Men: The Last Stand'', in which he was portrayed by Eric Dane. ''Back Issue!'' is an American magazine published by TwoMorrows Publishing, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 2003 and published eight times yearly, it features articles and art about comic books from the 1970s to the present. Edited by former comics writer and editor Michael Eury, the magazine was conceived as a replacement for '' Comic Book Artist'', which editor and owner Jon B. Cooke had taken from TwoMorrows to a different publishing house in 2002. Writers for the series include Mark Arnold, Michael Aushenker, Glenn Greenberg, George Khoury, Andy Mangels, and Richard A. The Fantastic Four is a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The team debuted in ''The Fantastic Four'' #1 ( cover dated Nov. 1961), helping usher in a new level of realism in the medium. Mister Fantastic (Reed Richards) is a superhero character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is a founding member, and the leader, of the Fantastic Four. Richards has a mastery of mechanical, aerospace and electrical engineering, chemistry, all levels of physics, and human and alien biology. Changeling
A changeling, also historically referred to as an auf or oaf, is a human-like creature found in folklore throughout Europe. A changeling was believed to be a fairy that had been left in place of a human (typically a child) stolen by other fairies. Description A changeling is typically identifiable via a number of traits; in Irish legend, a fairy child may appear sickly and will not grow in size like a normal child, and may have notable physical characteristics such as a beard or long teeth. They may also display intelligence far beyond their apparent years, as well as possess uncanny insight. The organization was created by writer Peter David for the comic book series ''X-Factor'' (vol. 3). The agency first appears under the name XXX Investigations in the first issue of the Marvel Comics limited series '' Madrox'' #1 (November 2004). In the final issue, ''Madrox'' #5 (March 2005), the name is changed to X-Factor Investigations, and later abbreviated XF Investigations.
