''Mukha ng Buhay'' is a Philippine drama series produced by Viva Television aired in two networks, People's Television Network, PTV and Radio Philippines Network, RPN. It aired from April 15, 1996, to January 29, 1999. Internationally it has been syndicated through MavShack a website featuring Filipino Viva Films Library of collections of classic films and licensed brands from the company since 2013. In 2017, the series is currently rerunning on Sari-Sari Channel. Plot The story is all about the faces of life, in dealing with love, friendship, death and family. Starting with the relationship of Emily and Eric. Emily was just a maid at the household of the rich Amanda, the mother of Eric. But the two fell in love with each other. Of course, Amanda doesn't approve this. But still, the two got married. Amanda started to make Emily's life miserable, with the help of her friend Betsay and cousin Carol. Renato del Prado (January 26, 1940 – November 1, 2013) was a Filipino film actor. Early life Born Renato Natividad-Mateo on March 17, 1940 in Manila. Personal life He was married with 6 children. His youngest son, Janus is also both a film and television actor. Career Renato Del Prado was discovered by Sampaguita producer Jose Vera-Perez in the 1960s. Among his films were ''Tansan vs. Tarsan'' with Dolphy, ''Ang Mahiwagang Mundo ni Lola Sinderella'' with Amalia Fuentes and ''My Beloved'' with Nora Aunor. The older Del Prado was best known for his role as Guido in the GMA Network soap ''Anna Liza'' in the 1980s. His last film was ''Lapu-Lapu'', which starred Lito Lapid in 2002. Jeffrey Camangyan (born September 22, 1976), known professionally as Wowie de Guzman, is a Filipino dancer and a stage, film and TV actor. He was one of the top matinee idols from the 1990s. His break came as a member of dance group Universal Motion Dancers (UMD). He was nominated as Best Actor for FAMAS Award 1998 in '' Paano Ang Puso Ko?''.
