Mugraha is a Gram Panchayat village located in Rudhauli, Rudhauli Tehsil in Basti district in the Rudhauli (Assembly constituency), Rudhauli Vidhan Sabha constituency and Basti (Lok Sabha constituency), Basti Lok Sabha constituency. It has a population of 1,592 people.
