Ma'mar Ibn Rashid
Ma'mar ibn Rashid () was an 8th-century Persian hadith scholar. A Persian ''mawla'' ("freedman"), he is cited as an authority in all six of the canonical Sunni hadith collections. Life Ma'mar ibn Rashid was born in 96 AH/714 CE in Basra. He was a Persian ''mawla'' ("freedman") of the Huddan clan of Azd, trading cloth and other luxuries on their behalf. Despite this, he was able to study under the Basran scholars Hasan al-Basri and Qatada ibn Di'ama. While on a journey to trade wares at Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik's court in Resafa, he encountered and became pupil to the elderly scholar Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri. Ma'mar learned and transmitted a large body of traditions from al-Zuhri through audition, public recitation and writing, making his narrations coveted by other hadith scholars. Ma'mar remained in Resafa after al-Zuhri's death, and witnessed the removal of his late teacher's manuscripts from the Umayyad court following the assassination of al-Walid II. Muammer Zülfikar Yıldırım (born 10 July 1990), is a Turkish professional football player who plays as a goalkeeper for Sivasspor. Career Mersin İdmanyurdu Yıldırım played his first Süper Lig game against Balıkesirspor which ended 3–1 in favour of Mersin İY, at Balıkesir Atatürk Stadı, on 4 May 2015. Muammer Sun
Muammer Sun (15 October 1932 – 16 January 2021) was a Turkish composer of classical music. Biography Sun was born in Ankara. He entered the Military Band School in 1947 and the Ankara State Conservatory in 1953. He studied under Ahmet Adnan Saygun on composition, Hasan Ferit Alnar on conducting, Muzaffer Sarıözen on folk music, M.R. Gazimihal, Ruşen Ferit Kam on traditional folk music and Kemal İlerici on Modes and Harmonies of Turkish Music. He graduated from Ankara State Conservatory on composition in 1960. He taught at the Ankara, İzmir, Istanbul State Conservatories and at the Music Department of Gazi University Institute of Education. Muammer Güler (born 21 March 1949) is a Turkish politician. He is a member of parliament from the Justice and Development Party (AKP). He was formerly the Governor of Istanbul Province and the Minister of the Interior under Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's government. Biography Güler was born in Mardin, Turkey.
