Mr. Xcitement
''Mr. Xcitement'' is the second solo studio album by Wu-Tang Clan member U-God. The album was released on September 13, 2005. Background He left Priority after the label shut down and signed with Free Agency Recordings. It is his first album to feature no production input from the RZA. The only Wu-Tang related appearance on the album is production on one track by 4th Disciple Selwyn Bougard, now known as El-Divine Amir Bey (born May 23, 1974), better known by his stage name 4th Disciple, is a record producer and audio engineer who was one of the founding members of Killarmy and one of the best-known Wu-Tang-affiliat .... Release and reception U-God has himself expressed in interviews that he does not consider Mr. Xcitement to be an official solo album, due to being displeased with the production and outcome. U-God
Lamont Jody Hawkins (born November 10, 1970), better known as U-God, is an American rapper and member of the hip hop collective Wu-Tang Clan. He has been with the group since its inception, and is known for his deep voice and rhythmic flow that can alternate between gruff and smooth. Early life Hawkins was born in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York City. He moved to Staten Island as a youth. He was originally a beatboxer for Cappadonna, and was friends with future members Method Man, Inspectah Deck and childhood friend of Raekwon. Sometime before the members united, U-God was mentored in rap by Cappadonna. He soon became friends with RZA and Ghostface Killah, and he began rhyming under the alias Golden Arms, based on the Kung-Fu movie ''Kid with the Golden Arm''. Selwyn Bougard, now known as El-Divine Amir Bey (born May 23, 1974), better known by his stage name 4th Disciple, is a record producer and audio engineer who was one of the founding members of Killarmy and one of the best-known Wu-Tang-affiliated producers. He is the only member of the Wu Elements to have worked on Wu-Tang Clan's first breakthrough album, as a mixer. Craig Anthony Bullock, also known by his stage name DJ Homicide (born December 17, 1970), is an American musician, DJ, rapper, singer, record producer and radio personality. He was the DJ of the rock band Sugar Ray. DJ Homicide hosts The Blast on SKEE 24/7 on Dash Radio. Life and career He was born and raised in Pasadena, California. Along his shoulders is a tattoo that reads "City Of Roses" (a reference to the town's nickname). Aaron Tyler (born May 22, 1971), better known by his stage name MC Eiht (pronounced MC eight), is an American rapper and actor. Many of his songs are based on his life in Compton. Allfrumtha I was an American rap duo from Inglewood, California: Binky Mack and Squeak Ru. They first appeared together on Westside Connection's 1996 debut album, ''Bow Down''.
