Released on November 26, 2008 exclusively in Japan by Sony Music Japan, the album features Martin's English-language covers of popular female-oriented Japanese songs. The album peaked at No. 12 on Oricon's albums chart. ''Mr. Vocalist'' was released in Hong Kong as ''Mr. Vocalist (Asian Version)'' on March 9, 2009. Eric Lee Martin (born October 10, 1960, in Long Island, New York) is an American rock singer and musician who was active throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, both as a solo artist and as a member of various bands. He earned his most prominent success as the frontman for the hard rock band Mr. Big, which scored a big hit in the early 1990s with "To Be with You", a song that Martin wrote during his teen years. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Martin first started his career in the music industry in 1978. Early years Eric is the son of Frederick Lee "Pepper" Martin and Iris Martin. is the seventh single by Japanese band Princess Princess. Written by Kanako Nakayama and Kaori Okui, the single was released by CBS Sony on April 21, 1989. It became their first of five consecutive No. 1 singles on Oricon's singles chart. Background Princess Princess' popularity was on the rise after their sixth single "Get Crazy!" was used as the theme song of the J-drama series of the same name in October 1988. Masato Nakamura
is a Japanese musician, bass guitarist, and record producer. He is a member of the J-pop band Dreams Come True, which was formed in 1988 and went on to sell over 50million CDs. He also composed the soundtracks for the video games ''Sonic the Hedgehog'' (1991) and ''Sonic the Hedgehog 2'' (1992). Career Nakamura was originally a session musician before forming the "Cha-Cha & Audrey's Project" with Miwa Yoshida. In 1988, they formed the band Dreams Come True. In July 2002, he founded the record company "DCT Records" with Yoshida. They now serve as executive producers. Miwa Yoshida
is a Japanese musician, and the lead singer for the band Dreams Come True. She is also a founding member with bassist Masato Nakamura and keyboardist Takahiro Nishikawa. Yoshida also fronts a Dreams Come True side-project, Funk the Peanuts, and has released two solo albums, ''Beauty and Harmony'' and ''Beauty and Harmony 2''. Both albums took their name from the English translation of the name Miwa. Ayaka Hirahara
is a Japanese pop singer. She was affiliated with the Dreamusic label until 2013 when she moved to Universal Music Japan. Biography Hirahara comes from a musical family; her father, Makoto Hirahara, is a saxophone player, her grandfather, Tsutomu Hirahara, was a trumpet player, and her older sister, Aika Hirahara, also is a singer under the EMI Music Japan label. , known simply as Ayaka, is a female Japanese singer, songwriter and record producer formerly signed to Warner Music Japan. Born in Osaka, she moved to Tokyo to pursue a singing career.
