Mr. Short Khop
Lionel Hunt, better known by his stage name Mr. Short Khop is an American rapper. He encountered Ice Cube in front of a 7 Eleven convenience store in South Central Los Angeles, South Central, California. Ice Cube eventually struck a deal with the newcomer, and soon Short Khop made guest appearances in Ice Cube's 1998 ''War & Peace - Volume 1 (The War Disc)''. To return the favor, Ice Cube appeared on Short Khop's debut 2001 album, ''Da Khop Shop''. Khop was mentioned in William Shaw (writer), William Shaw's 1999 book Westsider's. To date, he has not released a follow-up to his debut album. Inglewood is a city in southwestern Los Angeles County, California, in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. As of the 2020 U.S. Census, the city had a population of 107,762. Shawn Thomas, also known by his stage name C-Bo, is an American rapper. C-Bo, notoriously known for his relationship with law enforcement, was one of the first rappers to be jailed due to his lyrical content, a scathing critique of political officials, including governor Pete Wilson, California's Prop. 184 mandatory 25-life sentences for three strike felons, and police on his track "Deadly Game" written with rapper X-Raided in 1995. The Comrads was American gangsta rap duo from Lynwood, California, composed of Kelly " K-Mac" Garmon and Terrell "Gangsta" Anderson. The pair made a major splash in the Los Angeles area in the summer of 1997 with the single "Homeboyz" from their self-titled debut album.
