Bull-headed Shrike
The bull-headed shrike (''Lanius bucephalus'') is a passerine bird of eastern Asia belonging to the shrike family Laniidae. It is 19–20 cm (approx. 7.48-7.9 inches) long. The male has a brown crown, white eyebrow and black mask. The back is grey-brown while the wings are dark with a white patch. The flanks are rufous and the rest of the underparts are whitish with fine barring. Females are similar but duller and browner with a brown mask and no white wing-patch. The species has harsh grating and chattering calls and will also mimic other birds. It breeds in north-east China, Korea, Japan and far-eastern Russia (Ussuriland, Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands). Northern birds migrate south for the winter with a few reaching southern China. Vagrants have been recorded in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Mozu Kofungun
The are a group of ''kofun'' ()—megalithic tombs—in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. Originally consisting of more than 100 tombs, only less than 50% of the key-hole, round, and rectangular tombs remain. The , the largest ''kofun'' in Japan, is believed to have been constructed over a period of 20 years in the mid 5th century during the Kofun Period. While it cannot be accurately confirmed, it is commonly accepted that the tomb was built for the late Emperor Nintoku. The Imperial Household Agency of Japan treats it as such. Location The Mozu Kofun Cluster is located in the city of Sakai which is within Osaka Prefecture. is a passenger railway station in located in Sakai-ku, Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). Lines Mozu Station is served by the Hanwa Line, and is located from the northern terminus of the line at . Station layout The station consists of two opposed side platforms connected by a footbridge. Nakamozu Station
is the name of two adjacent railway stations located in Kita-ku, Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The above ground station is an interchange station operated jointly by the private Nankai Electric Railway and the Semboku Rapid Railway, and the underground station is operated by the Osaka Metro. The name of the station is difficult to read in ''kanji''. The subway station shows the name in ''hiragana'' (なかもず) for information, but uses ''kanji'' for the official station name. The Semboku Rapid Railway Line uses both ''kanji'' and ''hiragana'' (中もず) on the destination signs at the stations and on the destination displays on the trains.
