Move To Move
''Move to Move'' is the debut album by Kon Kan, released in 1989 on Atlantic Records. It spawned the singles "I Beg Your Pardon", "Harry Houdini", " Puss N' Boots" and " Move to Move". The album reached number 69 in Canada. "I Beg Your Pardon" was a top 20 hit in at least six countries, going top 5 in the UK and the Netherlands. Group member Barry Harris produced the album, and wrote or co-wrote all but one cut. Kevin Wynne is lead vocalist on most songs, while Harris sang the title track and the ballad, "Am I in Love". Jon Lind, who co-penned the Madonna song " Crazy for You", and Bob Mitchell (" The Flame"), co-wrote material with Harris for the project. Debra Dobkin
Debra Dobkin is an American vocalist, percussionist, music producer, and painter. Biography Early history Music and the fine arts have always played important roles in Dobkin's life. She was selected at age 6 for children's scholarship classes by the Art Institute of Chicago, and later attended the School of Fine Art at Washington University in St. Louis. Dobkin attended music school where she studied percussion and drumming. She draws and paints while recording music and touring. Dobkin moved to Los Angeles in 1976. Afrika Islam
Charles Andre Glenn (born 1967), professionally known by his stage name Afrika Islam, is an American hip hop DJ and producer. He was one of the pioneers of hip hop culture and the hip hop radio station. He began his musical career in 1977 as a ten-year-old, joining the group Rock Steady Crew. Mark Goldenberg (born April 10, 1952) is an American guitarist and songwriter, noted for his session work and composition of successful songs for Linda Ronstadt, the Pointer Sisters, and others.
