Arifa Pervin Zaman (born 3 November,1972), better known by her stage name Moushumi, is a Bangladeshi film actress and director. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress three times for her roles in ''Meghla Akash'' (2001), ''Devdas'' (2013) and ''Taarkata'' (2014). She has acted in over 150 films and made her directorial debut with ''Kokhono Megh Kokhono Brishti'' (2003). Career Moushumi began working as an actress and singer from an early age. She did many heart winning movies and won many prizes. She won the ''Anonda Bichittra Photo Beauty Contest'', which led to appearances in television commercials in the 1990s. She first appeared in the film ''Keyamat Theke Keyamat'' in Bangladesh. Personal life In 1996, Moushumi took a break for six months from acting and announced her engagement to actor Omar Sani. ''Keyamot Theke Keyamot'' ( bn, কেয়ামত থেকে কেয়ামত; ) is a Bangladeshi musical romantic drama film directed by Sohanur Rahman Sohan. The film was released on Eid vacation and was a huge success throughout Bangladesh. This movie was also the debut film of its two main leads Salman Shah and Moushumi, both of whom later became top movie stars in Bangladesh. Ilias Kanchan
Idris Ali (born 24 December 1956; known by his stage name Ilias Kanchan) is a Bangladeshi actor and activist. He appeared in more than 350 films during the 1980s and 1990s. Amjad Hossain (14 August 1942 – 14 December 2018) was a Bangladeshi film director, actor, scriptwriter and lyricist. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Director twice, for the films ''Golapi Ekhon Traine'' (1978) and '' Bhat De'' (1984). Parveen Sultana ( bn, পারভীন সুলতানা দিতি known by her stage name Diti; 31 March 1965 – 20 March 2016) was a Bangladeshi film and television actress.
