Mount Greylock Regional School is a public middle and high school in Williamstown, Massachusetts, within the foothills of Mount Greylock. The school is part of the Mount Greylock Regional School District. History Mount Greylock Regional School is located on the site of a former airport in southern Williamstown. The school serves the community of Williamstown, as well as nearby Hancock, Lanesborough, and New Ashford. Mount Greylock School has a chapter of the National Honor Society, and a local partnership with the Sage City Symphony. Athletics Mount Greylock Regional School ski teams have utilized Prospect Mountain in Vermont. The Ephs of Williams College use the high school facilities for cross country. Williamstown, Massachusetts
Williamstown is a town in the northern part of Berkshire County, in the northwest corner of Massachusetts, United States. It shares a border with Vermont to the north and New York to the west. It is part of the Pittsfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 7,513 at the 2020 census. Clara Claiborne Park (August 19, 1923 – July 3, 2010) was an American college English teacher and author who was best known for her writings about her experiences raising her autistic daughter, the artist Jessica Park. Her 1967 book, ''The Siege'' was credited as one of the first books to allay the blame that parents, especially mothers, were made to feel at having caused their child's autism through their cold detachment.
