Mouni (2003 Film)
Mouni (ಮೌನಿ) is a Kannada language film released in 2003 directed by B. S. Lingadevaru, and is based on a novella of U. R. Ananthamurthy. It stars H. G. Dattatreya and Anant Nag in the lead roles. Plot summary Kuppanna Bhatta and Appanna Bhatta are areca cultivators and custodians of the math's property. Anant Nag
Dr Anant Nagarkatte (born 4 September 1948) is an Indian actor whose predominant contribution has been in Kannada cinema. He has acted in over 300 films which include over 200 Kannada films as well as Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam and English films. He has featured in theatre plays, parallel cinema and television shows. Nag made his feature film debut through ''Sankalpa'' (1973) directed by Prof. P.V Nanjaraj Urs. Sankalpa went on to win seven state awards in Karnataka. His foray into parallel cinema was through Shyam Benegal's '' Ankur'' (1974). Achyuth Kumar is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Kannada cinema. Born in the town of Belur, in the district of Hassan and brought up in Tiptur. Harish Raj is an Indian actor and director based in Kannada cinema. He made his acting debut in the television serial ''Hosa Chiguru Hale Beru'' in 1996 and his debut in feature films was with ''Doni Saagali'' in 1998. The National Film Award – Special Mention (Feature Film) is a certificate of merit presented by the Directorate of Film Festivals, the organisation set up by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, India. S, or s, is the nineteenth letter in the Latin alphabet, used in the modern English alphabet, the alphabets of other western European languages and others worldwide.
