Motorola, Inc. () was an American multinational telecommunications company based in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States. ''Mot'' is a French children's animated television series about a purple monster. Based on the children's comics by Alfonso Azpiri, Mot is from the Monstrous Organicus Telluricus family. The series follows Mot's adventures with his human friend Leo. Mot has the ability to teleport himself from one universe to another with ease, but not always with great accuracy. In order to voyage through time and space, Mot simply has to find a door opening onto a tiny space equipped with a movable panel, and he arrives unexpectedly in his friend Leo's room via the wardrobe door. Motspur Park Railway Station
Motspur Park railway station is a suburban station in the London Borough of Merton in south London. The station is served by South Western Railway, and is in Travelcard Zone 4. It is down the line from . Southbound destinations are Chessington South, Dorking and Guildford. The station stands atop a railway embankment off a service road behind the parade of shops on West Barnes Lane. The shops and surrounding streets on both sides of the line are known as Motspur Park. There is also footpath access from Claremont Avenue on the western side. The station is a single island platform reached by footbridge from either side of the track. The station retains its original Southern Railway buildings in the centre of the platform. The MOT test (or simply MOT) is an annual test of vehicle safety, roadworthiness aspects and exhaust emissions required in the United Kingdom for most vehicles over three years old. In Northern Ireland the equivalent requirement applies after four years. The requirement does not apply to vehicles used ''only'' on various small islands with no convenient connection "to a road in any part of Great Britain"; no similar exemption is listed at the beginning of 2014 for Northern Ireland, which has a single inhabited island, Rathlin. The MOT test was first introduced in 1960 as a few basic tests of a vehicle and now covers twenty different parts or systems on or in the car. The Museum for Old Techniques ( nl, Museum voor de Oudere Technieken, MOT) is located in Grimbergen, Belgium. The museum has an extensive collection of hand tools, technical manuals and trade catalogues. The MOT studies the history of techniques, more specifically natural power.
