''Most Beloved'' or ''Beloved'' () is an album by Leslie Cheung released in 1995 after a long personal struggle between deciding to make a comeback or to make good his retirement vow. It was also his first album with Rock Records. It marked the milestone of another chapter of Leslie Cheung's career as it was his first album after supposedly retiring from the music world six years ago at the height of his career. Leslie Cheung
Leslie Cheung Kwok-wing (12 September 1956 – 1 April 2003) was a Hong Kong singer and actor. Throughout a 26-year career from 1977 until his death, Cheung released over 40 music albums and acted in 56 films. He was one of the most prominent pioneers that shaped the identity of Cantopop during the 1980s and became known for his flamboyant, often outrageous stage appearance. His venture into acting in the 1990s was recognised for his portrayal of queer characters in a then-conservative film industry. Winnie Hsin
Winnie Hsin (; born 8 February 1962) is a Taiwanese singer. She is best known for her crystal clear soprano voice. Biography In 1976, Hsin was admitted to the Taipei Hwa Kang Arts School, and in 1979 she studied music in the Chinese Culture University in Taipei. After graduating, she became a music teacher in the Yamaha Music School in Taipei. She released her first album, ''Lonely Winter'', in 1986, and has since released a total of 16 albums, under the labels of Decca Records, Rock Records and Warner Music. In 1995, Hsin provided the voice of the titular character in the Mandarin dubbed version of the Walt Disney animated film ''Pocahontas''. ''The Phantom Lover'' () is a 1995 Hong Kong musical romance drama film starring Leslie Cheung and Jacklyn Wu. It was directed by Ronny Yu and is a remake of the 1937 film '' Song at Midnight''.
