Moonstone Books is an American comic book, graphic novel, and prose fiction publisher based in Chicago focused on pulp fiction comic books and prose anthologies as well as horror and western tales. The company began publishing creator-owned comics in 1995, and since 2001 has also published material based on a number of licensed properties, including ''Zorro'', ''Doc Savage'', '' The Avenger'', ''Buckaroo Banzai'', ''Bulldog Drummond'', '' Kolchak: The Night Stalker'', ''Mr. Moto'', ''Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar'', ''The Phantom'', ''Honey West'' and several titles based in White Wolf's World of Darkness. Rafael Nieves
Rafael Nieves (born January 24, 1960) is an American comic book writer and designer, with over thirty years experience in the field. He began his career with the publication of '' Tales from the Heart'', first published by Entropy Enterprises before moving, with issue #3, to Slave Labor Graphics. The series, co-written with Cindy Goff, and based on her experiences, told the story of Cathy Grant, a Peace Corps volunteer stationed in Central Africa in the 1980s, chronicling her trials and tribulations as a "stranger in a strange land." It was illustrated by artist William "Seitu" Hayden. Ben Raab
Benjamin Raab (born October 13, 1970, in New York City, New York) is an American screenwriter, television producer, comic book writer and editor. Early life Raab is a native of Cedarhurst, New York, and attended Lawrence High School. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Composition. Career Raab made his Marvel debut as an interviewer for artist Gary Kwapisz in '' Marvel Age Special: The Punisher Anniversary Magazine''. Chuck Dixon
Charles Dixon (born April 14, 1954) is an American comic book writer, best known for his work on the Marvel Comics character the Punisher and on the DC Comics characters Batman, Nightwing, and Robin in the 1990s and early 2000s. Early life Dixon was born in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Upper Darby, reading comics of all genres. He is a graduate of Upper Darby High School (1972). Mike Bullock
Mike Bullock is an American author and musician born in Washington, DC. Bullock began writing fiction, non-fiction and poetry in the 1980s. He worked professionally in the music and comic book industries since 1986 and is best known as the creator of comic book series '' Lions, Tigers and Bears'' from Image Comics, and as the regular writer of ''The Phantom'' from Moonstone Books. World Of Darkness
''World of Darkness'' is a series of tabletop role-playing games, originally created by Mark Rein-Hagen for White Wolf Publishing. It began as an annual line of five games in 1991–1995, with '' Vampire: The Masquerade'', '' Werewolf: The Apocalypse'', ''Mage: The Ascension'', '' Wraith: The Oblivion'', and '' Changeling: The Dreaming'', along with off-shoots based on these.
