Moon (Gackt Album)
''Moon'' is the third full-length studio album released by Japanese solo artist Gackt on June 19, 2002. Instead of a booklet, the album comes with a printed note by the artist, asking readers to "sense" the record's story, rather than analyzing the lyrics. The booklet was eventually included in the packaging of ''Moons 2003 follow-up ''Crescent (Gackt album), Crescent''. Both albums are conceptually linked, as well as his more recent albums ''Diabolos (Gackt album), Diabolos'' and ''Last Moon'' from the "Moon Saga". Release The album was released on 19 June 2002, by Nippon Crown. In the initial counting week of July it reached number two on the Oricon charts, with sales of 185,840 copies. It charted for 10 weeks. In 2002, with sales of 281,590 copies, was the 67th best selling album of the year. Gackt
, better known by his mononymous stage name Gackt (stylized as GACKT), is a Japanese musician, singer, songwriter, record producer and actor. Born in Okinawa, Japan, to a Ryukyuan family, Gackt learned the piano at a young age and was raised on classical music and enka before becoming interested in rock music while attending high school. He has been active since 1993, first as the frontman of the short-lived independent band Cains:Feel, and then for the now-defunct visual kei rock band Malice Mizer, before starting his solo career in 1999. is a three-episode original video animation (OVA) series based on the ''Fist of the North Star'' franchise, directed by Takashi Watanabe and produced by OB Planning. Dead End (band)
Dead End (stylized as DEAD END) is a Japanese heavy metal/ hard rock band formed in Tokyo in 1984. They were one of few Japanese metal bands who had international exposure in the United States during the eighties. Originally dissolved in 1990, Dead End reunited in 2009 after almost two decades. Masa is a Japanese musician who was a member of GacktJOB, Gackt's band. He has also been in the disbanded ''Spiky'', ''Dizzy Drive'' and ''Marmarsa☆mu (マァマァサ☆ムゥ)''. Biography Masa was born on the 30th of September in Kyoto, year unknown. After graduating from a , he went to the U.S.A. alone and took the TOEFL after one year. He then studied music at a university for three years. He learned the English language while living in New York for four years. A day after he graduated from the university, he returned home. Chachamaru
, is a Japanese guitarist, singer-songwriter, arranger and producer. Usually referred to by his stage name "Chachamaru", little is known about his early years and personal life. Besides being a member and collaborator with various bands and musical acts in the 80s and 90s, he is most known as being the lead guitarist and associate music producer for Gackt. Biography Yukihiro "Chachamaru" Fujimura was born in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, on March 3, 1960. He was a student at the Bukkyo University, a private university with a philosophy based on Pure Land Buddhism. Makuhari Messe
is a Japanese convention center outside Tokyo, located in the Mihama-ku ward of Chiba City, in the northwest corner of Chiba Prefecture.
