Monte Hodges
Monte Hodges (born November 1, 1971) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Arkansas House of Representatives representing District 55 since January 14, 2013. He was a candidate for U.S. congress in Arkansas's 1st congressional district in the 2022 United States House of Representatives elections in Arkansas, in which he lost to incumbent Republican Rick Crawford. Education Hodges earned his AA from Mississippi County Community College and his bachelor's degree in business administration from Arkansas State University. The Arkansas State House of Representatives is the lower house of the Arkansas General Assembly, the state legislature of the US state of Arkansas. The House is composed of 100 members elected from an equal amount of constituencies across the state. Each district has an average population of 29,159 according to the 2010 federal census. Members are elected to two-year terms and, since the 2014 Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution, limited to sixteen years cumulative in either house.
