Mondosonoro
''Mondo Sonoro'', sometimes shortened to ''la Mondo'', is a Spanish magazine established in 1994 which focuses on current alternative, popular and indie music, as well as national emerging bands. Co-founded by Sergio Marqués and Jose Macarro in Barcelona, Dani López joined them in 1995 and they are still in charge of the magazine. By 2019, ''Mondo Sonoro'' had a circulation of 125.000 monthly copies and over two million visits to its website every year. ''Mondo Sonoro'' is distributed every month in clothes shops, discos, pubs and music venues for free, in eight regional divisions of Spain (Madrid, Catalonia-Balearic Islands, Valencian Community, Basque Country, Asturias-Cantabria, Galicia-Castile and León, Aragón, and Andalusia-Murcia-Extremadura), having a local edition for each area. Dorian (Spanish Band)
Dorian is a Spanish band from Barcelona which was formed in 2004. Its sound is a mixture of styles such as New wave music, new wave, electronic music and indie rock. Dorian is considered one of the most nationally-renowned artists in the Spanish music scene. They regularly go on tour in Latin America and European countries like France and Portugal. As of now they have recorded 6 albums: 4 studio albums with original songs, an unplugged album named ‘’Diez años y un día’’ (featuring acoustic versions of their most successful songs) and a CD which was recorded during their concert at :es:Arenal Sound Festival, Arenal Sound Festival, in 2015. The band was formed by Marc Gili (main composer and lyricist), Belly Hernández (piano, synthesizers, arrangements and vocals) and Bart Sanz (bass). Razzmatazz (club)
Razzmatazz (also known as Razz) is a nightclub and concert hall in the Poblenou neighbourhood in Barcelona, Spain. It is one of the city's biggest with a capacity of over 2,000 people in its main hall. The club is formed of five halls where different genres of music are played even though the most played are indie pop, electronic and pop music. Razzmatazz is the "evolution" of the Sala Zeleste, which closed back in 2000 due to its economic debt with the Social Security. The club is named after the song " Razzmatazz" by Pulp. The Flaming Lips were the first artist to play the venue. History In 1986, the historical Sala Zeleste at Carrer Platería was closed to open a new and much larger one at the Carrer Almogàvers in Poblenou.
