Molly Kathleen Burnett (born April 23, 1988) is an American actress, singer and producer. She is best known for portraying the role of Kelly Ann on USA's '' Queen of the South'' and the role of Melanie Jonas on the daytime soap opera, '' Days of Our Lives''. Burnett was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Younger Actress in A Drama Series category in 2010 and 2012, and one for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Digital Daytime Drama Series in 2018. Created by former head writers Rick Draughon and Dena Higley, the role is portrayed by Molly Burnett.
