Mohinder Singh Kaypee, is an Indian politician and member of Indian National Congress. Early life Mohinder Singh Kaypee was born into a Dalit family to Darshan Singh Kaypee and Karan Kaur. His father was killed by Khalistani militants in 1992. He did B.A L.L.B from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Politics *In 2009, he became Member of Parliament from Jalandhar (Lok Sabha constituency). Indian National Congress

Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training is an advisory body for technical education institutions in the Punjab region of India. It was established by the Government of Punjab under ''The Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training 1992 Act''. Origin In the early days of Independence, India embarked on the development of public infrastructure which would allow rapid industrialisation. Areas of development included transportation, roads, irrigation and power. Because of a skills shortage in these areas, technical education was fast tracked. Vijay Sampla
Vijay Sampla (born 6 July 1961) is an Indian politician serving as the Chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes since February 2021. He is a former Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment in India from 2014 to 2019 and a former member of parliament from Hoshiarpur (Lok Sabha constituency). He won the 2014 Indian general election as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate. He did not contest the 2019 elections.
