Justice Mohammad Rafiq (born 25 May 1960) is an Indian Judge. He is former Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court, Madhya Pradesh High Court, Orissa High Court and Meghalaya High Court and also former Judge of Rajasthan High Court. Twice, he served as the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court. He is also currently serving as the Chancellor (ex-officio) of Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. Early life Rafiq was born in Sujangarh of Churu district in Indian state of Rajasthan. He earned bachelor's degree from G.H.S. Govt. PG College, Sujangarh affiliated to Rajasthan University in 1980. Muhammad Rafiq Tarar
Muhammad Rafiq Tarar (; ur, ; 2 November 1929 – 7 March 2022) was a Pakistani politician and jurist who served as the ninth president of Pakistan from January 1998 until his resignation in June 2001, and prior to that as a senator from Punjab in 1997. Before entering politics, Tarar served as senior justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan from 1991 to 1994 and as the 28th Chief Justice of Lahore High Court from 1989 to 1991. Tarar was born in Mandi Bahauddin, and graduated with LLB from University of the Punjab in 1951, before starting practice as a lawyer in Lahore High Court the following year. Muhammad Rafiq Mugal (born 1936) is a Pakistani archaeologist, engaged in investigating of ethnoarchaeological research in Chitral, northern Pakistan. He has been responsible for the direction, technical support and supervision for restoration and conservation of more than thirty monuments and excavated remains of the Islamic, Buddhist and Proto-historic periods, in Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan of Pakistan. Mohammad Rafiq (23 October 1943 – 6 August 2023) was a Bangladeshi poet. He was awarded Bangla Academy Literary Award in 1987 and Ekushey Padak in 2010. Early life Rafiq was born on 23 October 1943 in the village of Baitpur, Bagerhat, Bangladesh (then India). In his youth, his country was going through political instability. During his student life at Dhaka University, he was a political activist and was arrested and jailed twice. Pakistani martial law court sentenced him to ten years of hard labor. Mohammed Rafique ( bn, মোহাম্মদ রফিক), born 5 September 1970 was a Bangladeshi cricket coach and former cricketer. He was the first Bangladeshi bowler to take 100 wickets in Test matches. The Bærum mosque shooting or Al-Noor Islamic Centre shooting occurred on 10 August 2019 at the Al-Noor Islamic Centre mosque in Bærum, Norway, about west of the capital city Oslo. A gunman broke in through a locked door and opened fire inside the centre, hitting no one. He was subdued by three men after a scuffle and turned over to police. The stepsister of the suspect was later found dead in their family home. Norwegian authorities indicted him for terrorism and murder.
