Mohamad Alamin
Mohamad bin Haji Alamin ( Jawi: داتوق محمد بن حج الأمين) is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Minister Zambry Abdul Kadir since December 2022 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kimanis since January 2020. He served as the Deputy Minister of Education II in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and former Minister Radzi Jidin from September 2021 to the collapse of the BN administration in November 2022 and Chairman of the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) from May 2020 to March 2022. Datuk Seri Razali bin Ibrahim (born 14 October 1970) is a Malaysian politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Muar for three consecutive terms from March 2004 to his defeat to Syed Saddiq in the general election in May 2018. The National Alliance ( ms, Perikatan Nasional; abbrev: PN) is a political coalition composed of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) and Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (GERAKAN). The Dewan Rakyat (English: 'House of Representatives'; ) is the lower house of the bicameral Parliament, the federal legislature of Malaysia. The chamber and its powers are established by Article 44 of the Constitution of Malaysia. The Dewan Rakyat sits in the Houses of Parliament in Kuala Lumpur, along with the Dewan Negara, the upper house. Karim Bujang
Karim bin Bujang is a Malaysian politician from GAGASAN. He was the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Bongawan from 1990 to 2013 and was formerly a Chairman of WARISAN. Politics He was a member of USNO before it merged with BERJAYA to form UMNO Sabah in 1991. He had held the post of Secretary-general of Barisan Nasional Sabah. 2013 Sabah State Election
The 2013 Sabah state election was held on Sunday, 5 May 2013 concurrently with the 13th Malaysian general election. 60 state seats were contested to elect state legislature in the Malaysian state of Sabah. This was the 12th state election in Sabah. The state legislative assembly was dissolved on 3 April 2013 following the announcement by Najib Razak to dissolve the federal Parliament earlier on the same day. Sabahans will also elect 25 representatives to the federal legislature which will be covered as part of the general election. The 2008 election was won by the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition winning 59 out 60 seats. After the 2008 election, the Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) withdrew from the BN coalition resulting in 2 state seats to move out of BN. 2020 Kimanis By-election
The 2020 Kimanis by-election is a by-election held on 18 January 2020 for the Dewan Rakyat seat of Kimanis. The seat was declared vacant after the Federal Court on 2 December 2019 upheld the Election Court's ruling earlier on 16 August, nullifying the sitting Member of Parliament (MP), Anifah Aman's victory in the 2018 general election (GE14). Anifah was the former Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2009 to 2018 and formerly a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) part of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition until he left to become independent, despite the fact that he had been a 4-term MP for Kimanis since 2004 and had just retained the seat under BN in the 2018 election a few months prior.
