Mocho Cota Jr.
Alejandro Cota (born July 2, 1977) is a Mexican ''luchador'', or professional wrestler known by his ring name as Mocho Cota Jr., currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) portraying a ''rudo'' ("bad guy") wrestling character. He is the son of the original Mocho Cota and had a brother who worked as Tayco. Cota is currently part of a trio known as ''El Nuevo Poder del Norte'' ("The New Power of the North") along with Tito Santana and Carta Brava Jr. who works for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide. The trio are former AAA World Trios Champions. Verano de Escándalo (2018) (Spanish for "Summer of Scandal") was a major professional wrestling event produced by the Mexican Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA) promotion, which took place on June 3, 2018 in Plaza de Toros La Monumental in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The Verano de Escándalo event has been a regular summer event for AAA since 1997, only skipping the event in 2012, 2013 and 2016. 2018 marked the 19th time AAA has used that name for an event. He currently performs and works for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). Renato Ruíz Cortes (born May 9, 1977) is a Mexican professional wrestler better known by the ring name Averno (''Hell''). The AAA Northern Tag Team Championship (''Campeonatos de Parejas del Norte AAA'' in Spanish) was a secondary tag team title contested for in the Mexican lucha libre promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). The title was contested for almost exclusively in the Monterrey, Nuevo León area, primarily in ''Arena Coliseo''. Manuel Cota Soto (June 5, 1954 – December 22, 2016) was a Mexican ''luchador'', or professional wrestler best known under the ring name Mocho Cota. "Mocho" is Spanish for "mutilated", and Cota had lost two fingers.
