, known professionally as , is a Japanese actor, creative director, and writer. He appeared in a number of Japanese TV dramas, including ''Mei-chan no Shitsuji'', ''Hanazakari no Kimitachi e'' and ''Zettai Kareshi''. Koichi Mizushima (scientist)
is a Japanese researcher known for discovering lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO) and related materials for the lithium-ion battery (Li-ion battery). He was affiliated with the University of Tokyo, before he went on to work for Toshiba. Early career Koichi Mizushima was trained as a physicist at the University of Tokyo and received a PhD in Physics from the University of Tokyo. He worked for 13 years in the Physics Department at the University of Tokyo. In 1977, he was invited by Professor John Goodenough in the Inorganic Chemistry Department at Oxford University to join them as a research scientist. During his stay (1977-1979) at Oxford, Dr. Mizushima, along with John B. Goodenough, discovered LiCoO and related compounds now used for the cathode of the Li-ion battery. Musashi Mizushima
is a former Japanese Association football, football player and manager. Playing career Mizushima was born in Tokyo on 10 September 1964. In 1975, when he was 10 years old, he moved to Brazil and he joined São Paulo FC, São Paulo youth team. In 1984, he signed with top team. After that, he played for Esporte Clube São Bento, São Bento, Associação Portuguesa de Desportos, Portuguesa Desportos and Santos FC, Santos. Teruko Mizushima (1920-1996) was a Japanese housewife, author, inventor, social commentator, and activist credited with creating the world's first timebank in 1973. Early life Mizushima was born in 1920 in Osaka to a merchant household. She performed well in school and was given the opportunity to study overseas in the United States in 1939. Her stay was shortened from three years to one due to rising tensions between the US, Japan, and China. Mizushima opted to pursue a short-term diploma course in sewing.
