Mitch Achurch
Mitchell Brett Achurch (born 14 July 1988) is an Australian rugby league footballer who most recently played for the Leeds Rhinos ( Heritage No.) in the Super League, and Featherstone Rovers ( Heritage No. 1034) ( loan) in the Championship. His choice of position is . Playing career After previously playing lower grade rugby for Western Suburbs in the NSW Cup, Achurch made his NRL début in round 4 of the 2012 NRL season against the Parramatta Eels, playing for the Penrith Panthers, who went on to win the game 39-6 During August 2012, Achurch signed for Leeds on a four-year contract starting in the 2013 season. He played in the 2015 Challenge Cup Final victory over Hull Kingston Rovers at Wembley Stadium. Hull Kingston Rovers
Hull Kingston Rovers are a professional rugby league club based in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England, that competes in the Super League, the top tier of British rugby league. The club has won five league championships, and one Challenge Cup. Formed in 1882, the club joined the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1897. Hull Kingston Rovers most successful period was during the late 1970s and early 1980s, with Roger Millward leading the club to three league titles between 1978 and 1985, and the club's only Challenge Cup win in 1980. Guildford Owls
The Guildford Owls are a rugby league club based in Guildford, New South Wales, Australia. They have previously competed in the Ron Massey Cup, the Sydney Shield and have also competed in the Sydney Metropolitan Women's Rugby League. History Guildford were founded in 1953 although the leagues club at Guildford was founded much earlier in the 1920s. Guildford have spent much of their existence playing in the lower leagues of the New South Wales Rugby League competitions. One of Parramatta's greatest ever players, Brett Kenny grew up playing as a Guildford junior. In 1991, Guildford won the Ron Massey Cup which was then known as the Metropolitan Cup. In 2018, the Sydney Shield side reached the grand final against East Campbelltown Eagles but were defeated 32-22 at Leichhardt Oval. Ron Massey Cup
The Ron Massey Cup (formerly known as the Bundaberg Red Cup and Jim Beam Cup) is a semi-professional development level rugby league competition in New South Wales (NSW), Australia, run jointly by the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) and the Country Rugby League of New South Wales (CRL). The competition is run concurrently with the National Rugby League (NRL). It currently comprises 13 teams drawn from the Sydney metropolitan area. The competition is named after Ron Massey, a former rugby league coach. Ron Massey died 19 September 2016. The competition is an expanded version of the former Metropolitan Cup and Second Division competitions. The competition was renamed the Bundaberg Red Cup after the 2008 season (the last Jim Beam Cup season), after Bundaberg replaced former sponsor Jim Beam. Old Trafford () is a football stadium in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England, and the home of Manchester United.
