Miss Armenia
Miss Armenia (Armenian: Միսս Հայաստան; Miss Hayastan) is the national beauty pageant in Armenia. Its winners represent Armenia in Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss Grand International. History Miss Armenia also debuted in 2017 with Miss World and in 2018 with Miss Universe. Through the Miss Armenia pageant, the winners represented her country at Miss Universe and Miss World. Beauty Pageant
A beauty pageant is a competition that has traditionally focused on judging and ranking the physical attributes of the contestants. Pageants have now evolved to include inner beauty, with criteria covering judging of personality, intelligence, talent, character, and charitable involvement, through private interviews with judges and answers to public on-stage questions. The term beauty pageant refers originally to the Big Four international beauty pageants. Pageant titles are subdivided into Miss, Mrs. or Ms., and Teen – to clearly identify the difference between pageant divisions. Hundreds and thousands of beauty contests are held annually, but the Big Four are considered the most prestigious, widely covered and broadcast by media. Miss Universe 2021
Miss Universe 2021 was the 70th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Universe Dome in Eilat, Israel on December 13, 2021. At the end of the event, Andrea Meza of Mexico crowned Harnaaz Sandhu of India as Miss Universe 2021. It is India's first victory in 21 years, and the third victory of the country in the pageant's history. Sandhu became the first ever Sikh to win the title of Miss Universe, and the first contestant born in the 2000s to win in any of the Big Four international beauty pageants. Contestants from 80 countries and territories competed in this year's pageant. The competition featured the return of Steve Harvey as host; Harvey last served as host during Miss Universe 2019. Miss International 2019
Miss International 2019, the 59th Miss International pageant, was held on November 12, 2019, at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Bunkyo district, Tokyo, Japan. Mariem Velazco of Venezuela crowned her successor Sireethorn Leearamwat of Thailand at the end of the event. Contestants from 83 countries and territories participated in this year's Miss International pageant, surpassing the previous record of 77 contestants in 2018, making this edition the biggest turnout in the pageant's history. Miss World 2017, the 67th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 18 November 2017 at the Sanya City Arena in China. 118 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown. Stephanie Del Valle of Puerto Rico crowned her successor Manushi Chhillar of India at the end of the event. Miss World 2019, the 69th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 14 December 2019 at the ExCeL London in London, United Kingdom. Miss World 2021 was the 70th edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 16 March 2022. The coronation was originally scheduled to be held on 16 December 2021 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum. However, the pageant was rescheduled to 16 March 2022 due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Puerto Rico. Miss World 2023 will be the 71st edition of the Miss World pageant, to be held in the United Arab Emirates in 2023, marking the first edition to stage the final in the Middle East.
